TRICARE offers 11 different health plan options depending on your status and location. All costs shown are for Calendar Year 2026 from the official TRICARE website. Your costs depend on your plan, beneficiary category, and Group A vs B status.

Pro tip: Active-duty service members pay nothing out of pocket. Active-duty family members pay nothing unless using the point-of-service option. All other beneficiaries pay annual enrollment fees and copayments.
