The TRICARE Pharmacy Program provides prescription drugs safely, easily, and affordably. Administered by Express Scripts, you have four pharmacy options with different costs and convenience levels.

New in 2026: Zero Copays for Some Beneficiaries. Starting Feb. 28, 2026, active duty family members enrolled in TRICARE Prime Remote pay $0 copays for covered drugs at military pharmacies, home delivery, and retail pharmacies.
